Who operates this site and app
Finia is operated by Iuna Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt)(“Iuna Software”, “we”, “us”), a German company. Iuna Software is the data controller under the GDPR for the personal data described below.

What this website collects
This marketing site itself collects very little. If you submit the waitlist form on the homepage, we store the email address you provide and a timestamp, so we can contact you about early access. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
- Data: email address, submission timestamp
- Purpose: contacting you about Finia early access
- Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — given by submitting the form
- Storage: Cloudflare Workers KV, retained until launch or your deletion request
- Retention: deleted once early access closes, or earlier on request
What the Finia app collects
The Finia mobile app is a separate product with its own, more detailed data processing — summarized here, documented fully indocs/finia-business-description-registration.md:
- Account and transaction data, received already-aggregated from Plaid(US/EU) and Belvo (LatAm) after you authenticate directly inside their own hosted interfaces — Finia never receives or stores your banking password.
- Budgets, savings goals, and other data you enter directly in the app.
- AI-generated insights derived from the above, computed on a self-hosted model rather than sent to a third-party AI provider.
Finia does not initiate payments, hold custody of funds, or provide individualized investment advice.

Your rights
