Who you're agreeing with
These terms are between you and Iuna Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt)(“Iuna Software”, “we”, “us”), operator of this website and the Finia app. By using either, you agree to these terms.
What Finia is — and isn't
Finia gives you a read-only view of linked accounts, plus budgets, savings goals, and AI-generated insights. Finia:
- does not initiate payments or move money between accounts,
- does not take custody of your funds,
- does not provide individualized investment, tax, or legal advice.
AI-generated insights are automated summaries of your own spending and goal data — not financial advice, and not a substitute for professional advice.
This website
This site is currently a marketing page for Finia, including an early-access waitlist. Submitting the waitlist form is not an account signup and doesn't create any obligation on either side — it just lets us contact you about access.
Linked account providers
When you connect a bank account in the Finia app, you authenticate directly withPlaid or Belvo inside their own hosted interface, and your use of their services is also subject to their own terms. Finia only receives the already-aggregated, read-only data those providers return.
Acceptable use
Don't use this website or the Finia app to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with their operation, or submit the waitlist form on behalf of someone who hasn't agreed to be contacted.
Intellectual property
The Finia name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Iuna Software. You may not use them without our permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website and the Finia app are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. [ Liability section to be finalized with counsel, including any statutory limits under German law. ]
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Finia evolves, and will update the "last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be announced on this site or, once available, in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
